All Members staying at the Stone Castle that make their reservations on or before March 31st and properly complete the 589th Reunion Form at the bottom of this page will be eligible for the "Early Bird" drawing held during our Business Meeting on Saturday, Sept. 14th. You must be present to win. The First name drawn will be awarded Three (3) nights Free Lodging at the Stone Castle Hotel, valued at over $180.The Second name drawn will receive a Free Farewell Dinner for two, Valued at $60. The Third name drawn will receive a PX item of their choice. Your Reunion Reservation payment to Bob Spencer must be dated no later than March 31st and received by April 10th. Please indicate on the check: "For 2013 Reunion"

Who:                       All 589th Engineer Bn. Assn. (Vietnam) Members and Invited Guests.

When:                    September 12th–15th, 2013

Where:                   The Stone Castle Hotel and Conference Center, Branson, MO.

Lodgings:            The Stone Castle Hotel. All Reservations must be made thru the Stone Castle Reservations number at 800-677-6906 or 417-335-4700. You may guarantee your room by Credit Card however your card will not be charged until checkout. You must identify yourself as a member of the 589th Engineer Battalion Association or Invited Guest in order to receive the discounted rate and be registered for this reunion.

Rom Rates:         $62.95 Per Night for a King, Double Queen, or Queen Bedroom with a Maximum of 4 persons per room.

Reunion Fee      $50 per person. Price includes: Welcome Reception, Ladies and Members Luncheon Saturday, and Farewell Dinner Saturday Evening. All taxes, tips, and gratuities included. Please make checks payable to “589th Engrs” and mail to:
